Lead and supervise cleaning teams to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Conduct quality checks and provide coaching to maintain excellent service.
Communicate with clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Manage schedules, supplies, and team performance on the field.
Support team training, onboarding, and development for growth and consistency.

DJM Cleaning is a small business providing residential and commercial cleaning services to customers in the Raleigh-Durham area. We are professional, supportive, and have a fun work environment. We go above and beyond to serve our Team Members and clients equally. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual needing to supplement their income by working part-time evenings. The ideal candidate for this position is able to provide consistent service during a set schedule Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for making sure that cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the building, following a predetermined checklist. This includes cleaning of restrooms, high dusting, disinfecting high touch areas and surfaces, breakrooms as well as rotation of other cleaning task
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support cleaning teams in the field to ensure high-quality service.
Conduct regular quality inspections of completed cleaning jobs.
Train new cleaners on company procedures, safety standards, and cleaning techniques.
Ensure teams arrive on time and are properly prepared for scheduled jobs.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and guidance.
Communicate with clients when needed to address questions, concerns, or service requests.
Ensure all cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are stocked and maintained.
Report job completion, issues, and team updates to management.
Assist with scheduling adjustments, call-outs, or emergency coverage when necessary.
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Support problem resolution if a job requires additional attention or re-cleaning.
