What counts as one bag?
One bag equals one standard load of laundry. Fill it as full as you would normally load a washer.
How does pickup and drop-off work?
DJM handles both. We pick up your bags from your door, and recurring cleaning clients can have their laundry picked up during their scheduled cleaning visit.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Turnaround is a minimum of 24 hours from pickup. Same-day service is not available.
Can I change my bag count later?
Yes. You can adjust your bag count for the following month.
Do I need to be an existing DJM cleaning client?
No. Wash & Fold can be used on its own or alongside your regular cleaning service.
