Book a top-to-bottom break clean.
Breaks are the time for floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning and the deep cleaning that doesn’t fit into a school night. Ask about it during your walk-through.

Will you clean while children are here?
No. We clean evenings, early mornings or weekends, after the last pickup and before the first drop-off.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked before hire, and we keep the same team on your building whenever possible.
Do you sanitize toys, cribs and nap mats?
We go over this with you on the walk-through. Many centers keep toy, crib and mat sanitizing with their own staff to follow their licensing routine; if you want it in our scope, your proposal will spell it out.
What products do you use around children?
We choose products for the surfaces kids touch and follow label directions, including contact time and rinsing. If your center or school requires a specific product, we can use it.
Do we need to sign a long-term contract?
Our commercial service agreements run for one year, with a 30-day notice to cancel.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. We can also supply paper goods and soap; just ask and we’ll include an estimate.
Are you insured?
Yes. DJM is insured and bonded and carries workers’ compensation insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
