DJM stands for Dillon, Joseph and Matthew — my three kids when I started cleaning homes in 2016. Today I have four, a growing team, and the same promise I started with: every home gets the care I'd want in my own.
I'm a U.S. veteran, and before DJM I spent 15 years in operations leadership, running career schools across North Carolina, Virginia and Arkansas as a Campus Director, Campus President and Vice President of Compliance and Operations. My job was to build teams, train them well, write the standards and make sure every campus met them, year after year.
When I started DJM in 2016, I brought that same discipline home. Every cleaner is trained to a written checklist. Every clean has a standard it has to meet. And when something isn't right, we fix it fast. That's where our 24-hour re-clean promise comes from.
