- A purge. We don't throw away, donate or sell anything, not even the "obvious" trash.
- A cleaning. We wipe shelves before placing things back. Cleaning is booked separately.
- A promise of everything today. We finish what fits the visit and leave a clean stopping point.
- Decluttering. We don't decide what stays or goes. That call is always yours.

Can't you just toss the obvious trash?
What looks like trash to us is sometimes something you need. Your Tidy Tech groups anything that might go in your Client Review basket, so you can decide in a minute or two.
Do I have to be home?
No. Your tech works from the plan we agree on and sends an update with photos before leaving. If you'd like to be there, that's fine too.
How is it quoted?
By the rooms you choose. Each visit is booked as a block of time so your tech can set up, do the work properly and leave the space finished, not half pulled apart. Your quote depends on the size of each space and how much is in it.
Can you add another room while you're there?
We'd love to. Call the office and we'll add time that day if the schedule allows, or book it as its own visit so nothing gets rushed.
Do I need to buy bins first?
No. We use your space and the containers you already have first. If a new product would truly help, we'll measure and recommend it, and nothing is bought without your approval.
My cleaner organized a drawer. Can she do the whole kitchen?
A small tidy touch fits after a cleaning when there's time. A whole kitchen is a full organizing job, so we book a Tidy Tech who has the time to do it properly.
What about private papers, medications and keepsakes?
We keep papers together without reading them, leave medications untouched, and set keepsakes aside for you. Photos are only taken with your permission and never posted without it.
