How do I get a quote?
Fill out the quote form with a few details about the property and the project. We'll send your price within one business day. For larger or commercial jobs, we may schedule a quick walk-through first.
Do you clean commercial spaces?
Yes. We clean offices, retail spaces and tenant build-outs as well as homes. Choose "Commercial" on the form and add your business or builder name.
When should I schedule the clean?
After the last trade has finished: paint dry, fixtures installed and touch-ups done. Cleaning before then means dust from the remaining work settles right back down.
Do the power and water need to be on?
Yes. We need running water and electricity to clean properly, so make sure utilities are connected by your cleaning date.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many clients leave a key, lockbox or door code, or have the contractor let us in, and we let you know when we're done.
