Can you clean after we close?
Yes. We offer evening, early-morning and weekend cleaning, so cleaning stays out of your team’s and clients’ way.
How do you handle keys, fobs and alarm codes?
We follow your building’s access procedures and set them up with you during the walk-through.
Will you touch papers or computers on desks?
We clean desks as they’re cleared and don’t move papers or files. We dust around computers and equipment without unplugging or moving them.
Do we need to sign a long-term contract?
Our commercial service agreements run for one year, with a 30-day notice to cancel.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. We can also supply paper goods and soap; just ask and we’ll include an estimate.
How does billing work?
We bill to a card on file for every service. We don’t accept cash or checks; it keeps our team safe and billing simple for you.
Are you insured?
Yes. DJM is insured and bonded, carries workers’ compensation insurance and background-checks every cleaner before hire. We can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
